  PARIMATEX GROUP CODE OF CONDUCT  
 
  1. No Forced Labor
  2. No Child Labor. The use of child labor is not permissible. Workers can be no less than age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater. We support the development of legitimate workplace apprenticeship programs for the educational benefit of younger people.
  3. No Harassment or Abuse. We require that every employee shall be treated with respect and dignity. No employee shall be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.
  4. No Discrimination. No employee shall be subject to any discrimination in employment. Employment decisions will be made on the basis of knowledge, skill, efficiency and ability to do the job and meet its requirements.
  5. Health And Safety. First Aid supplies, Fire Exits and safety equipment, well-lit workstations, clean restrooms all are provided to Parimatex Group workers.
  6. Wages and Benefits. Parimatex Group is committed to the betterment of wage and benefit levels that address the basic needs of workers and their families so far as possible and appropriate in light of national economic conditions. Parimatex Group pays the higher of, the prevailing industry wage, and provides all legally mandated benefits.
  7. Resolution of Disputes. Parimatex Group conducts their business with dispute resolution process as part of their management practices. This allows employees to voice workplace grievances without the fear of reprisal.
